Discover the local treasures

Discovering wild plants: €12

- July / August: 2 times a month
Come and take a walk in the heart of nature just a few steps from the campsite to learn how to recognise local wild plants and discover their virtues. Gérard Simon is a specialist in wild plants and has written a book in which he explains how to recognise them and, above all, how to cook them!

Scarlette Le Corre is a local figure in the Bigouden region. She was the first woman fisherwoman to discover the benefits of seaweed and to cook it in all its forms! Come and take part in her various workshops, where you can simply taste the seaweed and learn about its special characteristics, or learn how to cook it.

This short walk from the La Torche Sites et Paysages campsite to the Chapelle de la Madeleine will enable you to discover this 16th-century chapel and its nearby megaliths.
There's plenty to discover too: climate frescoes, zero waste workshops DIY....
