Terms
- Holiday tax from 15 July to 15 September for over 15s: €0.40 (par day per person) in addition.
- Tariffs include all charges.
- A deposit of €250 is required on arrival in 2 separate cheques (€200 equipment guarantee and €50 final cleaning guarantee) and returned within a week subject to proper return of the rental.
- An optional cancellation guarantee is available at the time of reservation (€20 per week).
- CAF and ANCV holiday vouchers are welcome.
- Small and medium dogs are welcome, kept on a lead and with their vaccination record (€21/week / 1€/day in low season).
- Car extra2€/day in low season and 3€/day in July and August.
Rental equipment
The rentals are fully equipped, only sheets and household linens are not provided. Sheets are required and can be rented onsite (€12 and €10 per set).
Some of our rentals are equipped with a TV and decoder at a price of €40 per week. Rental is only by prior reservation and after prior agreement by telephone.
